Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE3D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCE3D data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher LCE3D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ and SKCM are the cancer types where LCE3D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
