LCE2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,142 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidoglycan metabolic process, Keratinocyte proliferation, and Regulation of epidermis development. Each is linked with LCE2D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE2D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
