LCE2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL422P, NCLP2, and NMTRQ-TTG12-1. Each is linked with LCE2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE2D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
