LCE2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT3, ZIC4, and TRPM3. Each is linked with LCE2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE2D-to-partner and partner-to-LCE2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
