Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCE2B data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LCE2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LCE2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
