The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LCA5L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCA5L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and PRAD are the cancer types where LCA5L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
