LCA5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,984 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP290, CFAP45, and CFAP97. Each is linked with LCA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCA5-to-partner and partner-to-LCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCA5 versus CEP290 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
