LBX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P19, SNORD31B, and MIR548AD. Each is linked with LBX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBX1-to-partner and partner-to-LBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P19 grouped by LBX1-low versus LBX1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
