LBR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP129, COX5BP8, and GSR. Each is linked with LBR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBR-to-partner and partner-to-LBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP129 grouped by LBR-low versus LBR-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
