LBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,293 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, GFPT2, and C1R. Each is linked with LBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBP-to-partner and partner-to-LBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LBP versus NNMT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
