Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, MEDAG, and CRISPLD2. Each is linked with LBP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBP-to-partner and partner-to-LBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LBP versus SERPINE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
