Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF5, APOL5, and CLEC4E. Each is linked with LBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBP-to-partner and partner-to-LBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSF5 grouped by LBP-low versus LBP-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
