LBHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LBHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-65P, MIR4688, and RNU6-918P. Each is linked with LBHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBHD1-to-partner and partner-to-LBHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-65P grouped by LBHD1-low versus LBHD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
