LAX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,211 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3G, IKZF3, and SLAMF6. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAX1 versus CD3G in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
