LAX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,354 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3_S72, IL16, and ISG20. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAX1 versus RASAL3_S72 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
