Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,740 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHJ1, IGHD3-16, and IGHD3-10. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAX1 versus IGHJ1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
