LAX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, ZFYVE19, and MARCKSL1P2. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by LAX1-low versus LAX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
