Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, NDRG1_pT346, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.
