Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,582 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.
