LAX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, GHRHR, and H2BC1. Each is linked with LAX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAX1-to-partner and partner-to-LAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by LAX1-low versus LAX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
