LATS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LATS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LATS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, P3H1, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with LATS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LATS2-to-partner and partner-to-LATS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LATS2 versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
