LATS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LATS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,512 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LATS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHSY1, PNISR, and ANKRD17. Each is linked with LATS1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LATS1-to-partner and partner-to-LATS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LATS1 versus CHSY1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LATS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LATS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
