LASTR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LASTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,596 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LASTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, INPP4B, and PLEKHG3_S423. Each is linked with LASTR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LASTR-to-partner and partner-to-LASTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LASTR versus P4HA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LASTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LASTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
