LAS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,239 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NONO, STAG2, and MSH2. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAS1L versus NONO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
