Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAS1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,640 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX10, DARS2, and CCRL2. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.
