LAS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAS1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK2, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by LAS1L-low versus LAS1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
