LAS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,503 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, NONO, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAS1L versus CSTF2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
