Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAS1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with LAS1L in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAS1L-to-partner and partner-to-LAS1L results are reported.
