Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP7P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,559 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP7P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with LARP7P2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP7P2-to-partner and partner-to-LARP7P2 results are reported.
