LARP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,986 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LARP6_S56, LARP6_S409, and FSTL1. Each is linked with LARP6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP6-to-partner and partner-to-LARP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARP6 versus LARP6_S56 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
