LARP6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF532, CD276, and LRRC49. Each is linked with LARP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP6-to-partner and partner-to-LARP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARP6 versus ZNF532 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
