LARP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with LARP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP6-to-partner and partner-to-LARP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LARP6-low versus LARP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
