Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,234 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Positive regulation of collagen metabolic process, and Positive regulation of collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with LARP6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP6-to-partner and partner-to-LARP6 results are reported.
