LARP4P

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LARP4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LARP4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LARP4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LARP4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where LARP4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
