LARP4P

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LARP4P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LARP4P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where LARP4P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LARP4P is over-expressed in tumor.

STAD, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LARP4P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
