Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP1BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,092 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP1BP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with LARP1BP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1BP2-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by LARP1BP2-low versus LARP1BP2-high in STAD.
