LARP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, TRDJ4, and HMGB1P7. Each is linked with LARP1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by LARP1B-low versus LARP1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
