Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with LARP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by LARP1B-low versus LARP1B-high in UCEC.
