Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,065 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, Centrosome duplication, and Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with LARP1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LARP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear pore complex assembly grouped by LARP1B-low versus LARP1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
