Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LARGE2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LARGE2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LARGE2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LARGE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and GBM show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where LARGE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
