LARGE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,831 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTL6A, CELF1, and BTK. Each is linked with LARGE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE2-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARGE2 versus ACTL6A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
