Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 860 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC13, SCML2P2, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with LARGE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE2-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LARGE2 versus CCDC13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
