Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LARGE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LARGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 14-3-3_beta, and ERK2. Each is linked with LARGE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE2-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by LARGE2-low versus LARGE2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LARGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LARGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
