LAPTM4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAPTM4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKDC, GMPPB, and MBD3. Each is linked with LAPTM4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4B-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAPTM4B versus PRKDC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAPTM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAPTM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
