LAPTM4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAPTM4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,694 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lysosomal membrane permeability, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with LAPTM4B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4B-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of lysosomal membrane permeability grouped by LAPTM4B-low versus LAPTM4B-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAPTM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAPTM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
