LAPTM4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAPTM4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, CSRP2, and HS1BP3. Each is linked with LAPTM4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4A-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAPTM4A versus VCL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAPTM4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAPTM4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
