LAPTM4A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAPTM4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,781 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP11A-AS1, PIF1, and BUB1B. Each is linked with LAPTM4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4A-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAPTM4A versus ATP11A-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAPTM4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAPTM4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
