Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAPTM4A-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,942 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAPTM4A-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with LAPTM4A-DT in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAPTM4A-DT-to-partner and partner-to-LAPTM4A-DT results are reported.
