LAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4462, RNU6ATAC34P, and LINC02559. Each is linked with LAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAP3-to-partner and partner-to-LAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4462 grouped by LAP3-low versus LAP3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
