Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LANCL1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LANCL1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LANCL1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LANCL1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, UCS, and UVM are the cancer types where LANCL1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
